How does Jan work back orders? I received my order over a week ago and still nothing. I've sent 3 emails will zero reply.

I just placed an order yesterday and judging by your responses I shoudnt expect any email replies or an answer from his phone its my first time ordering from Jan so I hope he's as good as you all say he is when it comes to delivering

Just got another order from Kintec to Canada in just over a week.

Placed an order three days ago, yesterday afternoon got notice it's on a 2-day USPS Priority Mail. I know he doesn't answer e mail, the thing is if you know everything about your order and PayPal will send you a notice once the items are on their way, why the gripes/fears about no e mails?

My major complaint is when the order shows up with items back ordered, there is no info on the status of the BO parts. It's been over a month and I still haven't received all the items. I've sent several emails requesting status of items I'm still waiting on with out a single reply.
