My favourite 3 would be an '64 Eagle roadster (moderniesd Jaguar E type) for its beautiful body, a Pagani Huarya for the interior that is a work of art, and a Ferrari F40 ugly but the ultimate supercar.

If I could have any 3 cars and wasn't allowed to sell one to pay the petrol bills for the other 2 it would be a series 2 Lotus Elise 111 to daily drive, an Ariel Atom v8 for trackday fun and a Skoda VRS blackline estate to haul boats.
If I could have any one car it would be my '92 Honda CRX VT

Since you didn't specify a year or model - is this then your favorite Ferrari?
Seriously, I don't have overall car favorites - I keep changing my mind as new models come out or I see or remember old models. Of the many cars and trucks I've personally owned, here are three of my favorites in no particular order:
