    Lookign for home router reccomendations

    Current router is being flaky now and looking for recommendations for a new one?

        I didn't have any trouble with it...
        Just like any other unit out there, you make a password to secure it. I'm not sure what more you would need.
        The advantage of dual band is, there are two seperate networks you can run off the one.
        A single band would be fine if you don't have many devises using the wireless

          I've been using a D-Link wireless N router for about 3 years, and very happy with it. Very easy to set up, has it's own hardware firewall, and great support.
          With it's 3 directional antennas the range is unbelievable. From the second floor down into the basement, and even down the block with my laptop.
          I could make you a heck of a deal on a Netgear wireless G router, AND a portable USB adapter I have laying around.
