    LOL...Brillant. I think it is great. Just pay them is all I would ask and they do.. Min wage does not count if they receive tips...now if they do not report them then they could be in crap with the IRS but I'm sure they will. :)

      Could they be able to expense the aluminum foil they wrap their heads with as a deduction ?
