Breaking Ground on the new FighterCat Lair!

Just broke ground on the new workshop! Concrete blocks go up like legos! Amazing how fast these guys can put up a structure!

I'd be happy just to have a basement below my apartment!

Don't know about CF, but it is concrete block that will be back filled with concrete for solid walls. Hurricane proof, I'm beachside a few hundred feet from the water, so it's a building code requirement to withstand 120mph winds and flooding. Neat stuff really. It's doubling as our tornado / hurricane bunker.

Planning on that epoxy fleck coating, like I have in the garage currently.

                =)

They guys were busy this week on the new workshop.
Think I need to get busy and get some hardware installed on those hulls in the stacks.

                      Oh yeah.

This thing is huge. From the roof, I can see the Atlantic Ocean. Don't think I'll be spending much time up there though, lol. It's pretty high up in the air. Might put a wind generator up there though.

Id definitely hang out and build in there. Looks awesome. Put a window unit upstairs and a fan blowin down.
