Sticker help?

Ok, I've been having my sign guy make stickers for me in vinyl. But if not cleared the sticker ink will run and smudge if cleaned. What are the stickers made out of that dont do this?

What about this same logo for the shirts with a boat in the back ground. Not sure about sticker materials. You would think that vinal would be the best.
