They were and have always been real estate. Thats what made the boat part comical. theres a thread about it from a year or so ago... good times.

Their marketing was different, but I contacted them directly and got a great price on a nice cat with no electrics in it. The hull quality is great, I have not had to reglass any thing on it like most of my friends. I could not be happier with my transaction with them.
