    Paypal "GIFT" transactions

Hey guys! I was thinking and doing some investigating and someone told me if you send your payment as a "gift" you give up the right to dispute the transaction if anything happens. I think just including the fees in your price may be the way to go. I would sure hope we don't need to worry about this but was just a thought. I think I saw it discussed here before but wondered if anyone else noticed this trend?

I won't do it unless it is someone I know and trust. Plus if you do a gift you can't do the shipping thru paypal which is real convenient

You are correct, you have no chance of gettign money back. Why should they, it was a gift, not for a service or goods. also, you have to pm them the shipping info.

I would only do it with people that I am already established with or have a stellar reputation.
