Dont be so quick to think that way.
I was on a golf course where an incident sort of like this happened.
3 young 18-20 year old golfers hit up on (with no warning) an older(60 or so) guy and two women. The older guy was pissed and told the boys a few choice words and also to play threw. One of the younger kids made a vulgar comment to one of the women, and the older guy literary hit the kid with an iron. I've never seen 3 guys running so fast on a course. One of them holding his bleeding head. Police came and settled it out.

if real and he alredy broke the truck he would have no reason to then attack the kids and he said he was teaching you punks a lesson well then if he swung a club at me i would have then done the same to him and taught him a lesson. im not advocating violence but i believe every man should be held accountable for his actions . a broken truck is one thing but that went to far to threaten to assualt him

In the eyes of the law, the golfers could have been arrested for assault or battery and possibly, for a terrorist thread. Depends on how far the law wanted to take it. The dolts with the RC car should be arrested on the grounds of being criminally stupid.
