Sorry but I feel she should have been charged and tried in a military court, She knew the risks, she was not drafted she enlisted with that child, knowing full well she may be deployed or sent in to combat, Then when that time arose she refused to serve and used that child to prevent her from serving, THIS IS A SLAP IN THE FACE TO THE HUNDREDS OF SINGLE PARENTS WHO HAVE SERVED AND BEEN DEPLOYED AND MORE SO TO THOSE SINGLE PARENTS WHOM HAVE GIVEN THEIR LIFE IN THE SERVICE OF THIS COUNTRY!!! AS A VET I AM APPAULED!!
