The Dem's just arent getting it

With the loss of the senate seat to Scott Brown the democratic leadership is down playing the mood in America with todays interviews. While a few are quiping that the message has been heard, the adminstration is plagiarizing what has happened by stating the same mechanics that put Obama into office are at work and its politics in motion?

What do you think? Some senior Dem's are now saying lets shelf Health Care and center on what effects the "common folks". Like a Job. Or housing. Or the national debt!! Is it too early for commentary?

I think the economy has recovered enormously since O took office. Jobs take longer I believe. Hoping for instant return to the economy before Bush ruined it is shortsighted at the least. Nonetheless, people with limited understanding believe that to get a job, they have to elect more of the party that got us into this mess in the first place. Go Figure.

Your blaming the democrats under Clinton in 1999 for loosening the regulatory laws in the financials sector so investors could do what is now history? Wow,.. that is harsh. But I agree with you.

Which philosophy will create more jobs: Tax and punish small business for achievement and prospering, or reward small business for achievement and prospering?

I think you need to support small business but that doesn't imply that you have to give most of the money to big business -- as some politicians seem to do.

Are they truly "giving" money to big corporations (other than taking them over of course); or are they just not confiscating as much of their profits as you would like to see?
