    Where are the Lefties?

In an attempt to defend their Leftist positions, many of the Liberals on this site are very quick in their to attempts to offer countering arguments to us on the Right when we make politically-oriented posts. Where is SoCalBill and his ilk on this? Where are the Snopes links stating that Obama didn't lie? Where are the Obama apologists?

    Hmmmm..........??

Bill its simple. Even they know he's lied and are not happy with the results. That's why we can hear the pin drop around here. Its probably the same reason that in my lefty State of Massachusetts a Republican is running neck and neck to fill Kennedy's Senate seat.

You guys are a little late. I caught some of Obama's "lies" when he was campaigning. But guess what? Most politicians "lie" when campaigning until they are in their perspective position and reality sets in. I'm not saying Obama is right or wrong on many issues. Which I agree with some and disagree with others. But I like to stick to issues and not grasping on every aspect of Obama's persona like "A Golden Ticket".

He was the long shots, long shot when this first started. This morning I heard on the news he's about even. Its so tight, I heard the Dems are going to have to bring out the big guns with a Coakley/Clint rally.

The media doesn't help with these lies.
A classic example, McCain comes out and tells the truth that we will be in Iraq for a long time and was persecuted by the media. Obama says he will pull out in the first year and is glorified. How many people really thought he would be able to pull off coming out of Iraq?

Nope the media doesn't. The media lies and distorts the truth. They affect popular opinion and sometimes the politicians themselves with their distortions. They divide us with their Op-Ed reporting styles. I have no real love for todays "Journalist" phonies.

And therein lies the reason this 1/4-term communist Senator is now President.

I said it almost two years ago. People consume propaganda with a spoon and think it's the truth.

Another classic example: Harry Reid makes racist remarks about Obama, then apologizes and all is hunky-dory. Anybody remember Trent Lott? Al Campanus? Marge Schott? Don Imus?

I think it may be a little bit of a stretch to call Obama a communist.

But as for the others, decide for yourself if the comments are in the same context....

Yup... sounds like a "mandate" to me...

Speaker Nancy Pelosi has scheduled a House of Representatives vote today on the health care reform plan proposed by the President Obama and congressional Democrats. Yet while in Congress there has been months of posturing and shifting of political tactics, voter attitudes have remained constant: A majority oppose the plan being considered by the legislators.
