Evil Bosses?

I thought I'd start a thread on Evil Bosses. Just so people can vent.

I have alot of stories for this. But I'll let you guys start.

i have been hearing a lot of stories locally were because of they economy and lack of jobs bosses have been treating there works very badly
forcing them to work over time then sacking them if they complain that there not getting paid for the extra hours worked
i have seen first hand were i work the bosses abusing workers with verbal threats and threats of violence
hell the 2 bosses them selves have had 2 shouting matches at each other in the last week and have been known to trade Punch's
they call some of the workers names and treat them worse than dogs, if they try and stick up for them selves they are threatened with being sacked or they do sack them
they employ people with no real skills then expect them to produce the same amount of work at high qaulity as that of a tradesman
hopfuly the economy will swing they other way again and bosses will have to be nice to keep there workers

Sometimes these guys vent on their employees in a effort to hide their own shortcomings.
