I am new to all this bit torrent stuff but someone told me to go to Bittorrent.com to DL and install the program which I did. Now that I have the program do I go to a different site and get the actual torrent? I must be getting old and not keeping up with the times.

Ray go to the following sites and search and select your download. Bit Torrent should open after you start the download. You will soon get the hang of it.

If you do not know what it is, it is better to leave it that way old friend. Could lead to trouble.

I agree. You especially want to make sure you have a good and up to date virus/malware scanner as these ofter have those malicious kind of programs embedded in the downloads.
