Seriously though, that place looks like a little bit of heaven Douggie. That dock is something we would all kill for. Only Jan and Properchopper have it better I think.

Please send dimensions of deck - room addition plans need to be drawn up immediately. Will also need to provide parking for extremely long motorcycle.
