He kidnapped her in 91, he was jailed in Nevada in 93. The wife is guilty also but what was Jaycee thinking? He was on 2 acres and I am on 1 and a half and still know what is going on in my neighbors yard. Things do not add up. A kids cry can be heard for a long way and I'm sure Jaycee's daughters cried as all kids do. I think the neighbors should be held accountable as well. One reported to police seeing kids looking over the fence but police did not see any when dispatched, WHAT! Must have been donut time.
