      IMO you never gave the chat person a chance to help. They asked you what was wrong and you just blew them off. You should be ashamed. The person on the other end was just trying to help and you blew them off. Somewhat was the issue?

          OK, I guess the subtleties and time-stamps were lost in the translation of that 20 minute "live" chat...where I blew them off :)
          I'll replace it with something easier to digest...and funnier too!!!!
