I am from southern Louisiana,Very close to New Orleans.Its been over 2 year since Katrina made its mark in my area and a resent poll says that 75% of USA thinks New Orleans is still under water!!! UNDER WATER!!!

I dont think that poll was taken in Texas because we know that all of the people we took in after the hurricane have been cleared to go home a long time ago. Although a lot of them decided to stay. ha
