Sticky in Club Directory

I'm looking to get a sticky folder in the RC boating directory for Indiana - The Indianapolis Admirals RC Boat club.

Who do I need to get hold of to make this happen or How do I achieve it?

wish I'd spelt the title correctly - Urgh....

What you need to have Danny do is to make a Sub Forum for Indiana - The Indianapolis Admirals RC Boat club

I tried adding a sticky but the sub forum would be better
