how to edit post attachments

Sometimes Ive posted with pic attachments that on reflection need changing/deleting for whatever reason
How can one edit/remove attachments ?

It's possibly a simple feat, but it's not so simple till you've been shown how !

found it with help from my 9 yo niece... move the mouse around until something shows up Uncle Wayney ..... see the X
