That picture looks like an Out-runner motor NOT a in-runner.

I have two for these units and HK DO NOT stock replacement flex drives for them, so they are sitting on the shelf.
The unit is good on a 24-30 inch boat with the standard prop on a 3S 2650mah lipo.Comment
