Hey this thing looks very cool.
It also can be home made in to a big polaris sea plane,
Kk has one now but it is a little smaller one than this pink one.

It looks like a very fun boat and plane in one,
I have not flown a plane yet, Small heli's yes.
So this may be my first plane for me to try.

I had never flown before and picked up the flyzone beaver with floats and flew it for a bit before flying it into my Neibor's palmtree. But it was a great plane

              Hi Scott.
I have never flown planes before ether and just started learning small heli's,
The one I do have has been hanging from the ceiling for 8year or so.
It has never crashed yet on me,
I was thinking of trying to mod it to FE some day just not sure what it would take to do it.
But this Hk Skipper looks like it may be a good learner for me but not sure yet.
And yes I like the scale looks of that beaver to,
Just need to look out for that tree Scott.

This was a Christmas gift from the GF before I new anything about RC and FE stuff,
Still new looking with a little dust but no fuel though it yet.

Hey Lenny!! It looks nice the only issue I could see with having the skipper is that it's a low wing. Their harder to fly, and that it skips before taking off would make me super nervous. You know with boats water is unforgiving if it catches the water wrong it'd be done.

Lenny, that looks REALLY very nice , I was never in love with the "foam" planes , that is until they make them really look good these days. I bet this one is not easy to fly, those old school flyers ( heli and plane) really had their hands full learning with a tethered controller.
It is not the same to learn with a simulator but everyone does it and I guess it is helping a lot.
I was trying to learn to fly helis and first was the counter-rotation type, relatively easy, one can do it in the room where there is no wind, I crashed so many times, but parts were cheap and easy to fix. Finally I got the hang of it. Got a Heli-Max AXE ( old version) and man, it was difficult to self taught. Just to take off was difficult for me, many crashes later I started to hover with confidence. What I really want to say is with this little heli it finally let me flight with complete confidence because I can practice in my drive way and it can be flown in mild wind condition, plus the new three-way gyro works wonders, and at Tower now it is very reasonable. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LWL125&P=9
OK, Lenny, are you going to fly or get your monster truck first?
Too many boats, not enough time...
