      tlandauer, I think I went off on a tangent, but there was a time when all of us were beginners and if someone screws up with lipo so be it. Some people are worried about big lawsuits, but in order to get a boat like the spartan to run at 50+mph good lipos and a Traxxas charger would be needed, pushing costs easily up to $800. Clearly someone would have made a big investment on their part in the same way people do when buying upgrades for real cars/boats and this does factor in when a judge looks at a case (basically if you're willing to spend that on a "toy," chances are cutting edge technology is involved and you must be responsible in the same way you must when handling most any high end things). I hope FE stays safe for everyone, so I apologize if anyone feels I attacked them or whatever.
