    check out what Dick (Flyguy55) brought!

    a brushless TOP SPEED 2 with a Feigo 9xl for power!!!! this thing is an animal, he said it GPS at 49mph!!

    Yep thats a cat allright this thing was quick and turned well, the drivers name is Chuck, he came up with Flyguy, the hull is a 20yrs old!!

    It went well I won the lsh hydro main, and Dick won the mono main (again:D) The hydro main I was leading and watched all the other hydros flip over behind me!!!! in the monos/cat race The sv and the cat were flying, I put my boat on its lid trying to catch them, and gave the win to Dick and rod came in 2nd with his heavily modified traxxas villian!!

    I remember seing those cats @ the LHS and in the tower flyers back in the 80s. I have let a few go on ebay. I may grab the next one. Great to see they can run well.

    That Villian looks VERY Fast what is the set up, i Have never seen a photo of a VILLIAN that looks to be running so well!!!

    I cant remember what the cat was runnin for power, you will have to ask Dick that!

    Torpedo evasion!! I have about 600 pics of the race to sort through, and almost everyone did that its really weird.:rolleyes:

    we run at the pueblo river walk, and the pueblo west metro pond, this race was held at San Isabel lake in Rye, we haved raced there twice already its a blast, its about 40 mins south of pueblo, most of our races are at the pueblo west metro pond, but we are working on getting a new place! come on down and race with us!

    where at in denver are you located? its about an hour and a half drive to pueblo.

    we had two guys drive in from Alberquerque NM. 5 hr drive

    I am in Thornton, I thought it was a longer drive then that to get down there

    Thornton is about to 2.5 hrs away, it takes me 1hr 45 min to get to Bandimere speed way in Golden from my house on the south side of pueblo and thats doing the speed limit!!!

    I was unawares, of speed limits too:D until I got busted big time in my mustang gt, 120mph in a 65mph zone,at 3am. and this was what the state patrol put on the ticket he gave me a break! but the courts didnt I had 4yrs probation and $2000 in fines and lawyers fees just tp keep my license there is more to this, but needless to say I dont own hi performance cars any more.(yet):D

    Team X, I drive through Denver and could pick you up, typically make every other race.
