Default project MIAMI VICE!! coming to a interweb machine near you

well since i finished my dads challenger build up i wanted something for me. my pockets aren't as deep as his so i started to look at the bby hulls and today i ordered this in the race basic kit

    http://www.bbyracing.com/images/scatcat26collage.jpg

the plan is to make the boat look like this

the plan for the hull is to fiberglass the entire lower half and reinforce it with carbon rods.

then for power i'm just going to use a stock aquacraft system. the power in the real boat is pretty tame (twin merc 575's, which are really 550's) so thats the logic behind that. who am i kidding, i'm cheap:D

so there you have it. as soon as i have the kit i'll start a build up

Sweet. Can't wait to see the build. I bought one of these and never built it. I now regret selling.

i want one of them so bad to. i'm in highscool right now and my family has a pretty cool boat with a big 425hp engine, loud exhaust, a bitchen stereo, and all sorts of other stuff but the cockpit still seats more than 5. all i want is a bench and two bolsters and two big engines and ill be happy:) :D

PM RMZDaddy. He will make you up some nice deacls. His prices are great:). It took about 12 to 15 days if memorey serves me. Randy puts the kits together as they are ordered.

I tried the color laser on clear decal sheets from Office Depot, but could not get the vivid colors I wanted. Seems like it also faded or rubbed off after hitting the water without a sealer on it.
