how easy is it to see the water out lets when running. can you tell witch one is not working? or do they just look like one big out let?
Do It in Vinyl !
It will be very easy to see both water outlets working or not working.

What motor and prop?
Government Moto:
"Why fix it? Blame someone else for breaking it."
8xl and a 642 for now.
Ive got a bit better prop but i need to get it sharpened and balanced first.

What's the speed your getting with the motor and setup you have? Just wondering cause I ordered a 6xl a few days ago.
Not sure on speeds.
No GPS.

Boat was in the mid 50's when i had it.
I sold it to another boater.
he threw in his GPS and got a mid 50# out of it.
He then propped it down some and got a 60# out of it.

Looks Great, I had to have my seaking 180 forward of the motor to get the balance right, using the lighter 2* 3 cell lipos as far forward as the water outlet. Made for long water hoses though. Unfortunately the heatshrink shrunk a bit and the contacts blew the caps. Takes weeks to get stuff to Ausi.
One comment that was on this forum ages ago is to rotate the cooling jacket so that the exit tube is at the highest point possible. ie at the front and centre. This allows for maximum cooling as the whole jacket is used expressing any air in the jacket and not creating a water level at the exit point.
cheers
Where did you purchase the screws that push down the trim tabs?
Those trim tabs were on the boat and so were the screws.
So i dont know what brand the trim tabs are or where they came from.
bought the boat used.
