Love it!
Have plenty of those on hand too.
Thanks for the idea.

What is that? A little explanation would be great
pop rivet? water outlet?
pop rivet is a very popular rivet..you can find in aluminum or stainless steel..
water outlet is out of the water cooling system of motor / esc or Bilge pump ... remove the inside of the rivet, just make a hole in the side of the hull above the water line and connect the hose in the rivet ..
in this chris craft i use for a bilge pump..
cheers!!
Been using pop rivets for a number of years. I actually prefer the dome shaped Aluminum ones as you can sand them with 1500 grit and polish them to a Mirrorr finish

If you look at the picture you see that there is actually a dome and the rivit hear is thicker near the opening. Hope this helps

I'm iwth Jim...been using them forever. I have also used them for antenna mounts to slide my tube in. I usually now take a nylon bolt and lathe the hole in the center then bolt thru the hull then run tube thru it.
I do use shoe-goo on both side to lock it in and seal it.
Great idea...I am now using them for the exhaust cooling fitting on several boats. Antenna idea is also a good one, much easier and less weight that the current brass fittings I am using. Thanks.
Hi
How do I remove the pin out of my rivet please?
I was trying but it's sitting inside so tite I will damage it if more force applyed...

Hello .. take a long rivet and cut the tip with a saw .. not just cut the tip of the pin .. cut a part of the body of the rivet is also
... then it is easy to get the pin with a pliers
pay attention in the first photo of this page where I have 2 rivets in my hand
Hello .. thank you. That was easy...
