i think it would be best to try and make a foam hull of it first and see if it performs any good first before you go out and spend all the $ on the molding equipment..... ive heard most hulls usually go through alot of design changes and testing before they are ever mass produced....

    Cool

What are your interests - race, sport, scale? What size hull are you interested in? How many cells do you want to run? You will have to decide which is most attractive to you, then we can point you in the right direction.

    As Fluid said...
    what?
    -size
    -sport, race, fun
    -budget

before you try to build a hull from scratch, evantually from a plan, try to find an existing one that fit the above!

    Wink

I'm no pro but, I would build It out of 1/8" balsa and 1/8 birch first. Just wondering If you have ever worked with fiberglass, poly resin, tooling gel and gel coat? If you have, good!
Resins and gel coats have differant specs In which you will need to follow to get It right. It's not rocket science so, Good luck and read, read, read and read some more for details!

    Just my two cents...
