Default Laserline tunnel hull elec. conversion?

I'm sure it can be done, but i cant think of the best way to go about doing it. i was debating on mounting up and electric outboard, but then the speeds wouldn't be too good. then i though about getting all the hardware that my SV runs and see how that does. what do you guys think would be better?

im sick of the nitro on this thing, it sucks, it can barely get out of its own way.

thats a cheap outdrive....looks like the dolphin tunnel with a different paint job...(never get the dolphin tunnel...they say it can do 60mph (as if), and when RCBM (i think it was them) did a review on it, they couldnt think of anything good to say about it...there might be a chance, but youll need to rienforce the paper thin hull (im surprised it held up to the nitro) and the outboard unit must go and be replaced with something of better quality and doesent use a belt system...

go down this page until you see the fullers lower leg unit carbin fiber outboard

i think you should just forget this hull and get a Top Speed 2....much better hull, designed by jerry dunlap, much more durabe than the laserline hull, oh and did i mention it was designed by jerry dunlap?

they are only 90$ at tower, take your pic...(i like the yellow one)

someone has already tried the supervee setup on this hull, theres a video of it somewhere, cant find it, but i did see it and wow it was fast....looked faster than a supervee and it just cuts through the corners....

are those hulls about the same size as his? I was thinking he could setup this boat first and then get a new hull. Since were talking about an outboard anyway, it wouldnt be too hard to transfer the setup to a new boat. This is assuming money is an issue, otherwise, yeah I'd just get a new boat.

i remember that video, it had a K&B lower unit on it with a SV motor mounted up, it was really fast. i might have to get one of those topspeed hulls(oh boy, here we go again, first my addiction to RC crawling now FE boats:D ).
