    Default Etti 150 and neu 1521 1.5y????

Will these controllers handle a neu 1521 1.5 y in a blackjack 26? And if so what props do you recommend and what cell count?

The 1521/1.5y is 1050kv. You will need around 6-7s ( which version of the etti you have? Only the 2-7s can handle it) and a prop. 50mm diameter to have good speed. This setup is not very ideal but might work (about 80-90 amps?).
I haven't tried it though. Small boat-huge motor with low KV-heavy batteries-big prop. It is like putting a 4000cc engine in a Smart car with 18" wheels. It won't last for very long.
Most probably, you will end up changing shaft to bigger one and to reinforce the hull also.
