Default Spektrum DX3R - A little functional "Bling"

Just got the TX case and also a new Spektrum Custom aluminum steering wheel for my DX3R that I thought some of you Spektrum users might want to see. The foam on the new wheel is thinner, wider, and more precisely shaped than the factory wheel, and it feels more precise. A lot more like the "Momo" wheel on my JR XS3-Pro.

That's funny... I actually have the shirts and hat... just haven't had an occasion to put it on yet... BUT, racing for us starts in 2-weeks... I'll get someone to take a few pics...

Look at you with the fancy wheel. I wouldn't have pegged you as a bling sort of guy.

I wouldn't have bothered, but it functions as good as it looks, so I couldn't resist!

It's called a "momo wheel" and Google will help you find them.

    Andy,

Actually... I got if from Horizon Hobby...

    It's $23.00... Here is a link:

Looks like they make them for the DX3S as well. Part number for that is DYN1988.

And they also make other colors and styles:

    Gotta love it!
