Default Front Endbell on a new TENSHOCK 2240 Motor

Does any body know if the front End bell on a new Tenshock motors are screwed on or just glued in?

I am looking to change the bearings.

    For the evo motor?

thats worrying if you've already destroyed a set of bearings how new the motors are

It's just glued on Larry, but it's rather tricky to remove because there's nothing to grab hold to.

I made a tool with a couple of short rods in it to fit into two of the air holes. Heat the case and give it a twist and it comes right off. Pretty easily too I might say.

If you do get it off, before putting it back on. I suggest you scratch a line or two inside the case and on the end bell, to give the glue something to bite on to. And I used green Loctite for the glue.
