Default Anyone build their own radar arch?

Has anyone built their own radar arch? If so, what was your process? I have a 54" dumas scarrab and am missing the arch. I figured I'd probably end up making one myself as it would be near impossible to find one. Thanks

I did consider it on my 45” Dumas. Would want it strong and light, I was thinking a metal rod within a fibreglass form but with my current neighbour/pal I would go aluminum.

That's another idea I haven't thought of. I was thinking of heat forming plastic to the correct shape and wrapping with fiberglass/resin.

    Cored construction.

You can carve a rigid foam, (like blue or pink insulation foam), and skin it with the glass, or carbon fiber cloth & epoxy-resin.

Perfect. I actually have some already. I think this is the path I'll take. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm in a full on build right now, so the ideas are rolling.
