    Question Servo for Mini Zonda

    Hi guys!

Please recommend a servo for Mini Zonda '27/690mm. The seller recommends a standard 6kg servo, but it is too large for this small boat . I want to use a smaller 3-4 kg servo. Will this be enough to control at a speed of +100 km/h?

I used a Spektrum S6230 in my Mini Zonda, which ran 92mph on 4S. It was rated for 311oz-in of torque at 6V

Can you recommend a specific model? These are probably HV servos and will require a separate BEC?

I ran mine off of a small Turnigy BEC because the Swordfish ESC did not have a BEC circuit built-in.

Impressive result. Do you remember which СG you had?

I plan to accelerate mine to 120 kmh on two 2960 4100kv motors on 3s and 38mm props.

I don't remember the exact number, but I bare fit two 3300mAh 4S lipos in and didn't have much room to move them around afterwards.
