    Default TFL Geared Outboard

    Should be "TFL", won't let me edit title. "FIXED"
    Are these any good??

    Can't help with the real question since I have never owned one myself, but scroll down to the lower right and activate the " Go Advanced" button, and you will be able the edit your thread title.Capture.PNG

    I had a friend who tried one on a small tunnel hull. He didn't read that it was recommended at 3S maximum by OSE, and tried 6S on it. Blew it apart. Tried 4S on it, blew it apart. Tried 3S on it, blew it apart. I recall him having difficulty getting replacement gears and parts as well.

    So unless you plan on only 2S on a small boat, I'd pass.

    I have a new set of gears for one of these. I stripped out the bottom end to make a steerable outdrive. Also have the cowl and motor mount bits.
