How many cells were you thinking of running this boat on? 4s?

A lot more information would help us help you.

Goal? What speed do you want, what run time?

    Budget?

A 26" hull is not very big. Those 2 motors are relatively on the larger side for that hull.. You could easily run a smaller motor if we knew what your expectations are.

I'd recommend setting up the boat for 6s use for peak speed (shot duration use because it gets hot)
4s for normal use that runs cool, and can run till the LiPos are done.

I don't know much about this size hull for ideal motor size and prop selection, but I would assume something around 1700kv would work well for the voltage levels mentioned like it did for my 42" mono.
My wild guess would be something like a 40mm prop and start with something with a 1.4 pitch, but hopefully others can advise better with first hand experience on this size hull.

Play around with the speed calculator on the OSE main page. It works very good.
