    X470 cut to 58mm.

It's spec'd to do 140mph+ on 14s and big props (and its sister boat has).

    Day 2 of testing

Knew the weather was good early (6-8am) so got down to the lake early...

    treated with this,

    Shortly turned to this

Did get a run, she's fast.

    Some interior shots.

I love this boat. The lines are simply perfect.

For my learning... What is the looped wire connection on the rear deck? She has water pump(s)? What do the integrated hatch locks look like; 1/4 turn like racing bike Dzus fasteners?

Hi, the looped wire is a kill switch that kills rx power,

yeah waterpumps both sides, given shes a true saw boat where it's just two passes, the pumps cool the boat while im lining up / at slow speeds waiting for the previous runs wake to subside, - Not to do a "donald Campbell"

And nothing that fancy for the hatch locks, the layup is purely just super thick - extra cloth added for the insert

I believe shes one of only 3 HPR 150 ultimate hulls produced with the hatch lock mod and integrated servo mount, the other being the Amg boat that did 151 mph GPS and one hull in North east USA that's still undrilled.

WOW! Where is that, somewhere in the lake district I'm guessing? Absolutely stunning scenery and beautiful boats too. I have to go there sometime.

Yeah it's Keswick, spend half my time there when im back on dry land, planning to move back permanently soon.

It's one of only two places i really feel confident running the bigger boats i have,

heres the bigger sister on the lake

    And my Mhz skater "mystic"

    Hello guys,

    Update on the Saw Hpr150.

She's now painted and in her livery - a twist on the former world record speed boats, the Miss England series.

I have ran her twice since painting, unfortunately didn't have enough time to test / run her before the UK saw event so opted to run my 185 which i know is dialed and got the overall record, next year i will push for initially 120 with the 150 and then try get into the high 130's, low 140's.

    With my Hpr 185

And all 4 of my HPR's

    115, 150, 185, C5009

Few shots out on the lake, i was on 12s at this point, small props and she was well over the 100mph mark but as usual i forgot to "record" on the Sky RC GPS

Unfortunatley after about my 5th pass, i lost a shaft and that concluded testing with the boat till next year as I'm back sailing from FL till March

She was too fast for the photographers to catch however i did get this one sent to me which i find rather cool.

Thanks for sharing these great photos.
Is there a website where UK Saw records are shown? I'd love to see what speeds people are running over there.

I saw this build elsewhere, and was really impressed by your hand-lay-up on the motor mount plates and such. Very clean.

The speeds in the UK are relatively low, our lake is good - not ideal, the actual "in traps area" we don't have the biggest run up or slow down area.

Website should be updated in the next few weeks,

    @bumble,

maybe it was my HPR 185 you've also seen?
