    Peter I have a spare 4070 and Im thinking about a boat to build next. top choice was a sport 40 hydro. but you down sized the motor in this. What do you think would be good hull for it?

      So we have a capacity limit for our classes here of 6000 mah, hence me keeping the motor etc smaller.
      As your class limits there are much higher, I would go for a ML Boatworks GSX 380 V2. I was wanting to do one but he won't ship to NZ or Oz. Run a ztw 300 or castle hydra esc on 6s 2p. It will be a fast boat when dialed in.

        that was pick #2 with a JAE33fe being #3. kinda want a hydro though at least for battery capacity.
