For Sale Castle Marine ESC's
All ESC's have been upgraded With extra capacitors
And water cooling plates on all Fet's.
Seeing that the original Hydra ESC's even the hydra 240 never came with water cooling on the top set of Fet's under the radio board.
The 5 Barracuda ESC's have all been modified with water cooling. Using copper plates and pipes.
All ESC's come with a plug taped off of the input battery power if you want to run a U-BEC.
With these modifications these ESC.s can put out a lot more Power.

The 80A Barracuda would now be 150A with the water cooling.
The 125A Barracuda's would now be 240A with the water cooling.
The 240A Hydra would now be 260A with the water cooling modification.
All battery plugs are 6mm.
All motor plugs are 6mm. except for the 80 and the 240
Motor plugs are 1/4" copper slugs, you solder your motor directly into one end and the ESC is soldered in the other end.

After that I learned how to do it myself.

I changed both of my twins over to 4 - LXL2's. and the other 4 race boats over to Mamba X8s's
I also got the Castle B-Links for all of them, and a new Tablet, so I can see all of the graphs while at the pond.

All of the ESC's that I have for sale were raced right up to the end of last year.

I originally got 2 esc's modified by Brian Buaas , I then copied his mods and did the rest myself.

ALL my top speeds were on the Oval course.
My "Q" twin top speed was 78 MPH with two X8s's
My "S" twin top speed was 86 MPH with two XLX2's

My "P" spec Sport Hydro ran 71 mph with a modified 125 (240) ESC's
MY "P" Sport Hydro ran 81 mph with a modified 240 (260) ESC
Speck Mono ran 52 mph with a modified 80 (150) ESC
and my "P" Mono ran 66 mph with a modified 125 (240) ESC
