Coupler. Do I need reverse or positive?

Hi everyone I hope this post finds you all well. I'm confused about coupler direction. I see that some are described as positive and reverse. If my prop spins left (ccw) as viewed from the transom which coupler is needed? Positive or reversed? Thank you.
