    balancing your batteries

My batteries that I purchase are not perfectly balanced. Will they balance out more the more I charge them, or is this common to have differences between the cell voltage.
I always balance charge and I discharge with a ISDT FD 200 which doesn't balance discharge, right? What I'm getting at is it common to have differences in cell voltage ?
I charge with a dynamite passport ultra p2

Batteries often arrive from the factory with voltage variances between cells. Usually, higher quality packs have less variance, and cheaper, low quality packs have more variance. After a few break-in cycles, your cells should quickly balance, and just as important, all discharge at relatively even rates. I balance charge my packs to a +/- of 0.003V on my Hyperion chargers. I have 3-4yr old Turnigy Graphene packs (high quality) that will still balance out to 0.005V delta between cells, and they've bee used hard.
