    Default UL-19 Proboat headache #69

    Help! Experts!

Think I toasted my Proboat DYMN 3831 (stock) 2000kv.
5000mah, 3s series, RCBB 175 ESC. All mods previously installed (fin,2 port water delivery, ESC CF rails). Not sure of 3 blade.( smaller than stock)
Cooling can and collet welded to motor.
Will heat loosen up so I can dyno motor for damage?

    Thanks for your interest,
    Zondar

If you overheated the motor enough to cause issues removing the water jacket AND collet, it's junk. Even if the thing still spins, the magnets surely have been demagnetized enough to have lost a significant amount of power. Time for a replacement, and then figure out why you toasted this one so you don't do it again.
