Question Help with Tfl 29mm Jet

Could someone guide me on a fast set up for my tfl jet? I have a 4blade prop running on a 3660 2726kv on 4s tops out at 21.6mph with a 120a esc. I'm looking for more top end I know I'm pushing the pump with 40,000 rpm but was wondering if I could get more top speed. I just ordered a 2 blade prop that I will test. The 2 blade prop has a larger pitch and displaces less than the 4 blade.I have spare 3660 3180kv that was too much on 4s pump sucks air and revs. My other motor is a 3660 1800kv that I will test with 2 blade on 4s/6s when it arrives. Any thoughts on achieving more speed. I would like to stick with a 4s set up. I'm aware I have timing options too which I have at 15 degrees.

The pump is rated to 25k rpm. Chances are the high rpm you are running is just creating cavitation within the pump and losing you speed, that is what is sounds like in your vid. Try the 1800kv on 4s. I set up a 24" jet boat with a 3674 SSS 1400 kv on 4s and it was as fast as you are going.

I'll give the 1800kv a try on 4s thank you.
