ZTW 200A ESC problems

Hey guys. Having trouble with my new 200A seal ZTW. Running these batteries long with a 4082 Leopoard:

• 5450mah capacity
• 3S 11.1 volts
• 120C rating
• Lifetime warranty
• 5C fast charge capable
• 100% waterproof
• Built today with factory fresh cells
• Engineered drawings available upon request
• Built with high-grade silicone jacket wire. Wire gauge determined by plug choice.
• We add the connector and JST-XH balancing tap
• Main lead length is 3.50" (custom lengths available upon request)
• Balance tap wire length is 1.875" (custom lengths available upon request)
• 137mm x 45mm x 27mm, 354g

After initial set up, motor ran at full power on the bench (or so it appeared). When placed in the water, it ran only at very low power. Now can only get it to run at low power on bench or in water.

Any ideas?

Did you calibrate the throttle?
