Average prop slip for well setup cats

I am curious as to what percentage of prop slip I should shoot for when setting up my boats. I know every setup is different but I know that monos should be around 25 percent for an average setup, is this the same with cats?

Prop slip is the percent difference between how far the boat would move per revolution using the published pitch value versus how far it actually moves. The more efficient the boat the lower the slip will be - riggers may have less than 15% while a piggy mono might be over 35%. A too-small diameter prop will also have high slip values, sometimes approaching 90%. Slip is a good thing, without it there would be no thrust from the prop. A boat prop is not a wood screw.
