You can make your own fairly easily. I just bought some carbon tube and found an O-ring that fit well in between the fins and sealed snug against the tube. I 3D printed some rings with a thick boss that I could drill and thread into for the fitting after I glued on the rings using Hysol epoxy. You can orient the rings as you like to suit the installation.
