    Default ROCKET brushless motors

    Hi, what do you think about Rocket motors? I know they are not the most expensive.

    Thanks.

    Look very similar to RC Juice motors

    I tried them and they are ok for the money but won't take a lot of heat;

    Right, RCjuice motors are rebranded Rocket motors, same dimensions and same specs.

    They are actually pretty good, but not stellar. I use them in my basher cars, nice budget option.

    Compared to SSS motors, are they in the same quality range ?

    I would say no. I took apart a 3670 - 2280kv motor an SSS seems to have nicer wire and the rotor on a SSS is wrapped much better.

    You have to look at them side by side to see how much wire they try to cram in there and I notice with these cheap motors that they always have tons of air space inside.

    We would really need to know internal dimensions to be certain.
