    Default Swordfish 300a HV esc

There are a total of 4 battery wires. 2 positive and 2 negative. Is this an automatic parallel or series battery connection?

    Picture?

On my 300A, you get a 2nd set of smaller wires to avoid the spark when plugging them in. The smaller wires have a resistor in series, which eliminates the fireworks.
They have to be connected before you plug in the main wires.

I do not have the anti spark wires. I have the motor wires the battery wires (4) two black two red and the receiver wire and another shorter wire that's similar to the receiver wire. My concern is how to connect the lipos. I'll try to post a pic

You can always google for it or use the manual.

The wires are in parallel. Refer following link

The short "receiver" type connection is to programme the ESC.

I use one of these connection boards. It also has an anti-spark.
