I got these motor connectors that have 2 holes like 3mm up off the bottom in them. When I solder the motor wires into them all I get is a tiny bit of the wire in a few mm of solder. From the holes up to the top of the connector there no solder at all. This does not seam right.
I would think you want the bullet full of solder is that correct?

I just read about wrapping copper wire but don?t know details how to do, never heard of it.

Correct me if wrong ?
1. Tin motor wire .
2. Wrap copper wire around tined motor wire to size on ID a of connector.
3. Tin copper wire on motor wire first.
4. Put motor wire with copper wire wrapped not tined into connector heat fill with solder.

Is this whole thing wrong or parts ?
Does the copper wire melt or just serve to fill the void?
Thx
