Thumbs up Seaking 120 throttle range

    Learned the hard way myself.
    Symptom:
Following instruction and calibrating throttle range to your transmitter.
Result: Boat is running at about 30% power (if that!). My pursuit was doing 10mph on 4S downhill with wind blowing from the back

Follow the 'Futaba' directions and not the 'any other radio'. Set your THR channel to 'rev' and follow the steps.
Will save you a lot of tinkering and figuring. You might have to flip the motor wires and definitely check your flex shaft rotation direction, but now you will see full speed.
    Enjoy!

If this helped, leave a comment. Learned again to never follow instructions by the letter.

"For FutabaTM radio transmitter and similar ones, the direction of throttle channel shall be set to ?REV?, while other radio systems shall be set to ?NOR?."

On 'NOR' you will see this 30% issue.
In short, if one way doesn't work for you, try the other.

Yep, have to run Futaba pistol transmitters with the throttle channel in reverse. I also spent about an hour chasing my tail when I switched from Spektrum to Futaba. Couldn't figure out what was wrong.

Yes, I don't have anything Futaba though, that is what threw me for a loop.
Spektrum and RC6GS, never considered them 'Futaba like' but apparently they are in the Hobbywing world.

Then possibly your Spektrum Tx may have been reversed to begin with.
